Finishing an almost seven year journey with a vision-care global leader, while also working on a massive project (at the end), mapping five (disparate) legacy systems to a new frontend design, created from a international design system, while also meeting the ever-evolving needs of our customers, was a dream!
I love a challenge and this one had no shortage of those...
Working for EssilorLuxottica gave me unfettered access, via my technology group, to work on all (or most) of the latest innovations for the company, including first generations of new digital products we introduced to the market. The wide range of ever-changing projects gave me a lot of room to play, and execute.
This, on the heels of close-to 4 years working on a B2B / B2C web product for AT&T, and there again, my team built something new for the market and more importantly for AT&T.
I am actively looking for my next challenge...
Currently residing in the Denver area.
FEATURED PROJECTS
JAN 2025
ESSILOR LUXOTTICA
This massive undertaking shifted between to leadership styles and leaders. But through rapid-iteration flows, re-thinking front-ends, mapping legacy backends, and working with international teams, we met our first major goal of introducing this new product to our ECPs (Essilor Certified Practitioners) to meet their ever-evolving needs and bridge the gaps between integral systems. All while staying true to a global design system.
MAR 2020
ESSILOR LUXOTTICA
I worked with backend dev, project management and marketing to create a refined product that would draw users directly into a seamless online booking experience, increasing conversion and capturing valuable data to allow Essilor and its partners to track the customer journeys end-
to-end.
AUG 2018
AT&T PARTNER EXCHANGE
As lead UX Designer, I worked with a team of UX research, strategy and architects, as well as a team of developers to recreate the customer web portal for AT&T's third party vendor partners. Interviewing customer/users and stakeholders provided invaluable insights that aided data structure and design.
NOV 2016
