As lead, I worked with backend dev, project management and marketing to create a refined product that would draw users directly into a seamless online booking experience, increasing conversion and capturing valuable data to allow Essilor and its partners to track the customer journeys end-to-end.

AT&T PARTNER EXCHANGE
As lead UX Designer, I worked with a team of UX research, strategy and architects, as well as a team of developers to recreate the customer web portal for AT&T's third party vendor partners. Interviewing customer/users and stakeholders provided invaluable insights that aided data structure and design.

Created from a limited knowledge/data base, this easy-to-use application was dreamt of by integrating the highest functionality of a personal assistant; combining a scheduler, menu prep, travel partner and more, to create the ultimate in virtual assistance.
